"Excellent service by Carl. Whilst 150 miles from home in our Bailey Alliance motorhome, we had a failed submerged water pump. I contacted Carl by WhatsApp and he replied immediately offering some suggestions. Carl said he would attend around lunchtime the following day but in fact arrived mid morning and confirmed the electrical connections were fine and that the issue was the pump. Within half an hour he had replaced the pump and restored my water supply. I highly recommend."
